MY WORK IS DONE HERE. and no I do not unfortunately, basically I carve a head out of foam for the head and get my pattern from that and the body I just drew from my head onto newspaper. I don't really know how I would even go about making a tutorial, basically just stare at the plushies you have in your house and try to figure out what kinds of pieces and shapes are sewn together to make it, then find a pattern online and make that so you can get a feel for how everything works together and then you'll sort of be able to get a feel for how you can make your own pattern. . . honestly I don't really know ;_;
ooommmgg....... okay I have a couple of questions: 1. well first off this is the cutest thing i've ever seen ;~; 2. roughly how much did it cost to make with materials and everything? 3. what kind of material did you use? 4. did you use a pattern? because now I want to make a lixeh plush and I've never made one before ahjhsjksdha
djhdashk thank you Q_Q materials may have been around $40-$50? I got my fabric from fabric.com, it's the luxury shag fur but they don't seem to have a lot in stock, you live in the States though so you could order from DistinctiveFabrics, they're at the top for quality shag fur! I stuffed it with polyfil stuffing, however for the head I carved a foam core so it would have more shape. The eyes are acryllic paint on fabric with a curved plastic covering over top to protect it which I just cut out of a windex bottle. The nose is made out of baked and the painted sculpey clay. I made the pattern myself but I'm sure you'd be able to find some nice ones on the internet if you're just starting out :3
